Guests were welcomed through a stunning balloon arch in bold ruby red, shimmering gold, and soft off-white. Paired with lush greenery and roses, this entrance set the tone for an evening filled with elegance and celebration.

We love incorporating personal touches, and the custom welcome sign featuring a wedding photo of the couple did just that. Surrounded by balloons and florals, it created a heartfelt moment that reminded guests of the love story being celebrated.

Inside the tent, glowing marquee LOVE letters paired with a chic balloon garland lit up the atmosphere. This statement piece became a favorite photo backdrop and highlighted the central theme of the evening—love that shines bright after 40 years.

Every guest table was carefully styled with gold chargers, amber goblets, deep red florals, and personalized thank-you cards featuring the couple’s wedding photo. The tall floral centerpieces of lush red roses created a romantic, sophisticated look that brought the ruby theme to life.
